From process
requirements
to practical
solutions.

Gas processing and treating, shaped around your feed, your product specifications and the way your facility needs to operate.

Every project starts with a need. We bring the process, the equipment and the operating context into one engineering conversation.

02 / Identifying the opportunity

First, understand
what you need.

Good engineering begins with listening—to your team, your operating experience and the realities of the site.

We work with you to clarify the objective, understand existing constraints and identify what matters to the people who will operate the equipment.

Support where the questions arise.

Site support can help establish the practical picture: existing equipment, utilities, access, tie-ins and operating challenges. The scope is shaped around the information and assistance your project needs.

03 / Engineering & design

The process is
the starting point.

Turn the customer’s requirements into a clear basis for engineering.

  1. 01

    Define the operating envelope.

Establish feed composition, flow, pressure, temperature and product targets—including the changes the facility needs to accommodate.

  2. 02

    Consider the interfaces.

Evaluate how the process connects with utilities, adjacent equipment and the existing facility.

  3. 03

    Keep operation in view.

Look beyond a single design point to turndown, maintenance access and practical operating needs.

04 / Procurement & manufacturing

Quality through
every stage.

Confidence comes from knowing that the details are being managed.

Risengy is a quality-driven company, supporting clients through procurement and manufacturing with a clear focus on equipment requirements, supplier coordination and delivery.

The right partners. A shared standard.

We work with a network of equipment vendors and fabrication partners to align technical specifications, package interfaces and manufacturing requirements with the project scope.

Quality made visible.

Our approach brings together supplier document reviews, inspection and test planning, manufacturing follow-up and the resolution of quality findings. Clear records and communication help give clients peace of mind from purchase order through equipment handover.

Solutions / 01

Amine
Gas Treating.

Connect acid-gas removal with a regeneration system designed around the solvent and the process duty.

Amine systems remove hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and/or carbon dioxide (CO₂) from natural gas. The rich solvent is regenerated and returned to the absorber, linking gas quality to circulation, heat input and solvent condition.

Amine Regeneration Unit

The model brings the equipment arrangement into view. Feed conditions, solvent selection, regeneration duty and package interfaces establish the basis for the project-specific configuration.

01 / GAS TREATING

Amine Gas Treating

Remove hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) from natural gas using a circulating amine system, with solvent selection and regeneration matched to feed conditions and treated-gas requirements.

02 / GAS TREATING

TEG & Molecular Sieve Dehydration

Select triethylene glycol (TEG) absorption or molecular-sieve adsorption around the required water content, feed conditions and downstream process. Deep drying becomes especially important ahead of low-temperature gas processing.

03 / GAS TREATING

Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control

Reduce heavier hydrocarbon content to manage liquid dropout during transport or downstream use. Evaluate refrigeration and expansion-based approaches against inlet pressure, gas composition, product requirements and available utilities.

Gas conditioningLiquids handling
04 / LIQUIDS PROCESSING

Condensate Stabilization

Remove lighter components from condensate to control product vapor pressure. Evaluate feed variability, overhead-vapor handling and heating requirements against the applicable storage, transport or export specifications.

05 / LIQUIDS PROCESSING

NGL Fractionation

Separate mixed NGL into hydrocarbon cuts using distillation. Assess deethanizing, depropanizing or debutanizing services as required by the feed, product specifications and available heating and cooling utilities.

06 / GAS INFRASTRUCTURE

LNG Liquefaction

Liquefy pretreated natural gas for storage and transport. Develop the process around feed quality, liquefaction duty, refrigeration, utilities and the interfaces with LNG storage and loading.

07 / GAS INFRASTRUCTURE

CNG Compression Skids

Compress conditioned natural gas for high-pressure storage, transfer or distribution. Define compressor staging, cooling and controls around inlet conditions, discharge-pressure requirements, operating range and the receiving system.

08 / PRODUCTION PROCESSING

3-Phase Separation

Separate mixed production streams into gas, oil and water, with phase handling, heating and heat recovery considered together. Match the arrangement to feed variability and downstream processing needs.

09 / PLANT UTILITIES

Utility Systems

Integrate fuel gas treatment, heating, chilled water and heat-medium storage and pumping around the facility’s operating needs. Coordinate utility quality, capacity, controls and package interfaces.

Exengy™PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Zhongke Rising SunCHEMISTRY

Risengy brings together chemistry by Zhongke Rising Sun and processing equipment under Exengy™, a Risengy brand. Where solvent-based treatment is relevant, solvent selection and equipment design need to be considered together: feed contaminants, absorption behavior, regeneration and materials all influence the system. Other processing routes use different technologies, with equipment and technology interfaces defined for the application.
